Conflicts of interest with prime contractors on projects can be numerous and complex. My role is to discreetly manage these issues to protect client best interest by ensuring that contractual agreements and procedures naturally guide project financials to that best interest. I also pay close attention to specialty resource selection (sub and supplier) finding the expertise and proficiency that achieves the best value.

 I am a detail consultant with a high level of design and architectural skills. I've developed these through years of participating in hundreds of design team meetings and providing input towards design, constructibility and best practices. Fostering collaboration within these teams has been the highlight of my career.

With my in-depth knowledge of the different professions in construction, I provide ongoing leadership and guidance throughout projects. I believe the best results are achieved through support (leveraging my experience), collaboration (utilizing talent and expertise of others) and having a vision for the critical path.

With the quality human resources I manage during and after projects, we can provide clients and or clients managers with help at other properties and horsepower for:
